Before any tooth preparation begins, we use Digital Smile Design (DSD) to give you a preview of your result. This is a digital simulation tool that maps your facial proportions, lip movement, and tooth dimensions to design a smile that is perfectly suited to your face, not a generic template.

The digital design is presented to you for review and feedback before treatment begins. Any adjustments to shape, size, or colour are made at this stage, so that by the time your veneers are produced, every detail has been agreed and approved.

In many cases we also produce a wax-up. A physical model of your new smile or a set of temporary composite mock-up veneers that you can wear for a few days to experience how your new smile will look and feel in real life before committing to the final result.

1. Free online consultation Send us a photo of your current smile and, if available, a recent dental X-ray. Our cosmetic specialists will assess your teeth and send you a personalised treatment plan and price quote within 24 hours, completely free of charge.

2. Arrival and smile design consultation On the first day at the clinic, your teeth are examined, photographs and digital impressions are taken, and the Digital Smile Design process begins. You review the proposed design and provide feedback. Any preparatory treatments, such as cleaning or minor reshaping are completed at this stage.

3. Tooth preparation A minimal amount of enamel is removed from the front surface of each tooth to create space for the veneer. This is a precise and conservative process with E.max veneers in particular, the amount of tooth structure removed is extremely small. Temporary veneers are placed to protect the teeth while your permanent veneers are being produced.

4. In-house laboratory production Your veneers are designed and produced in our on-site CAD/CAM laboratory. Working from your digital impressions and smile design specifications, our laboratory team crafts each veneer individually to the exact shape, size, and shade agreed during your consultation.

5. Fitting and bonding The permanent veneers are placed on each tooth, checked for fit, colour, and bite alignment, and bonded with a specialised dental adhesive. The bonding process is precise and permanent once cured, the veneers become part of the tooth surface.

6. Final review and aftercare guidance Once all veneers are in place, the completed smile is reviewed in natural and artificial light. Final adjustments are made if required. You receive a complete aftercare guide and instructions for maintaining your Hollywood Smile long-term.

A full Hollywood Smile treatment typically requires 4 to 7 days in Tirana, spread across two or three appointments. This allows time for the smile design consultation, tooth preparation, laboratory production, and final fitting all without rushing the process or compromising the result.
